We’ve seen the return of Alex and Piper being best friends but relationships such as Crazy Eyes is still yet to see what the outcome will be, particularly after she just beat her to a pulp. By far, Season 1 of the Orange is the New Black is the best out of all so far. One thing season 4 set up nicely is the relationships, both new and old throughout the prison. How crazy eyes will deal with the fact she had some kind of involvement will also ask more questions. It’s going to have long lasting effects in Litchfield. We’ll be keen to know whether or not MCC does completely turn their back on the young CO Bayley or whether they continue digging in her past to find wrong doing. The biggest death to occur last season was undoubtedly Poussey and we’re still yet to see the real aftermath of that incident. Will we see Caputo and the other CO’s rebel against the corporation? Will even more peaceful protests crop up? Towards the end of the season, we see Caputo have an article up about MCC bribing officials for even more in-mates to arrive into the prison. We’ve seen the CEO’s son rise up and attempt to expose the corporation of wrong doing and it’s something that will be the main theme heading into season 5. This will cause even more tension and likely drive the resources to breaking point at Litchfield.Ī constant yet subtle theme through seasons 3 and 4 is the privatisations of prisons and why that’s a bad thing. Here though it’s revealed that the building project that saw the removal of the garden, would actually be housing for even more in mates arriving. Towards the end of the series, Caputo goes to see the ex-warden of Litchfield to apologise. We already know that the swelling population has led to a fair bit of trouble in the prison with rival gangs becoming rampant. Will Daya pull that trigger? Who knows – but if she does, that’ll lead to even more prison time which isn’t exactly what her mother (who recently just got released) wanted. Luckily, you can relive all the nail-biting moments from Season 6 without having to go back and rewatch 13 hours of television.At the very end of season 5, we get a full blown riot in the prison when all races come together to protest against the injustice bought against Poussey as well as the countless other wrongdoing between the CO’s and the in-mates. So many relationships form and end during the sixth season that it can be hard to keep track. Season 6 was packed with cell-block rivals, gross pranks like women pooping in the dryers, and bloody drama. New characters, such as mean girl Badison and cell block gang leaders Carol and Bard made up for it, though. Big Boo also took a break, though she made a brief appearance in episode three of season 6 but wasn't seen after. Maritza was sadly absent the whole season, as were Angie and Leanne. In case you don't remember, Season 6 picks up after the riot and fans were relieved to see that many fan faves and familiar faces were present.
